DE IRA ILLA CAELO
This Papal Bull has been inscribed on the date of October the Seventeenth in the Twentieth and First century of our Lord.
(i.)This bull hereby Excommunicates and condemns the peoples of the Lutheran Kingdoms to the deepest pits of hell. Members of this nation who fight in resistance tot he government, and reconvert to the most holy mother church will be saved. Priests captured in war who refuse to submit to the will of Rome will be proscribed punishments as directed by previous bulls.
(ii.) The Bull, with a very specific nature, calls for a Crusade against the Lutheran Kingdoms. In the name of Mary the Mother of Christ, and in the name of our sacred and sole church, the soldiers of Christendom are charged with bringing it back into the fold and orthodoxy of our faith. If and when God provides us victory against the heretics, the territories won by our soldiers will be divided equally among the victorious and blessed nations.
(iii.) In recognition that this conflict is the direct consequence of the lack of control over Christendom by the rightful seat of Rome, and in recognition of the lack of clout held by the present papacy, the curia and pope came together and reached and irrefutable verdict. While the orthodoxy of the east is held firmly in place by the great imperial power of Trabadius, the west is fragmented by heresy and heathenry. Through this reasoning, it has come to the infallible decision to resurrect a title long dead, that of the Holy Roman Emperor. In light of the mistakes made by that glorious crown, the position will henceforth be inherited, granted, and wielded only by the Pope in Rome.
Written and Executed By his Holiness Pope Leo XIV Borgia, episcopus servus servorum Dei.
